My name is John Levan Bernhart. I am a Pennsylvania Dutchman, a Wobbly, and a Gramsci scholar. When I was sixteen years old, my application to Harvard University was accepted. After studying Archaeology and Egyptology at Harvard, I studied Liberal Arts at Lehigh County Community College, History and Education at the University of Pennsylvania, and History at Temple University, earning a BA in Non-Western History, an MS in Educational Leadership, and a PhD in World History. I was an adjunct professor in the United States for ten years and in Japan for fourteen years. I settled in China ten years ago. At Changzhou Senior High School, I will be responsible for literature courses.
