Hui Shi, a school-based counselor with more than ten years of working experience in international education and counseling offers help to students in their personal development and college planning. During eight years in Changzhou Senior High School of Jiangsu Province, I worked with hundreds of students and witnessed their growth. I believe that everyone is unique in their own stories. What I do is just encourage them to step out of their comfort zone and discover their potential.
